Shipping & Returns
Every pin is a charged pre-order for the limited 2026 edition. Here's exactly how shipping, refunds, returns, and replacements work — no surprises.
Shipping
- Shipping is a flat fee per order — one shipping charge no matter how many pins — shown at checkout for your destination, and eligible orders are fully tracked door to door.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders begin shipping September 1, 2026; you'll receive tracking by email when your order leaves us.
- U.S. and Canadian orders ship from our U.S. warehouse; all other orders ship from our UK warehouse. Express delivery is available in the UK only.
Rates & delivery estimates
Rates current as of July 17, 2026 — checkout always shows the final rate
- United States: $9.99 — 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Canada: $16.99 — 5–10 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: from $6.99 (Express available) — 2–4 business days after dispatch (Express 1–2)
- European Union: $12.99 — 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: $29.99 — 7–21 business days after dispatch
All estimates are transit time after dispatch, and pre-orders dispatch from September 1, 2026. Carriers and delivery times vary by destination.
Taxes, VAT & customs
UK and EU orders: all taxes and duties are handled at checkout — nothing to pay on delivery. Other international destinations may incur local import charges. By region:
- United States: Sales tax calculated at checkout.
- Canada: Duties or taxes may be collected by the carrier depending on order value.
- United Kingdom: VAT handled at checkout — no additional charges on delivery.
- European Union: VAT included at checkout — no customs charges on delivery for orders under €150; larger orders ship with duties pre-paid.
- Rest of world: May be subject to local import taxes or duties depending on destination.
Current destination availability
Carrier guidance supplied March 16, 2026
- Service suspended: We cannot currently ship to Syria and Azerbaijan.
- Iraq: Service remains available, but delays should be expected because flights are limited and onward delivery travels by road from Jordan.
- Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar: Service remains available via Riyadh. Allow at least 3–4 additional transit days; temporary carrier surcharges may be included in the checkout rate. Bahrain and Kuwait are experiencing the greatest disruption.
- United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Oman: Service continues without the temporary regional surcharge listed in the supplied carrier update, although short-notice flight disruption remains possible.
Carrier conditions can change without notice. Checkout is the final authority for destination eligibility, current rates, and delivery estimates.
Before it ships — a full refund, any time
Change your mind before September 1? Cancel your pre-order for a 100% refund, no questions asked. Use the manage pageand we'll email you a secure link to view or cancel your order — the same link is in your order-confirmation email.
After delivery — 30-day returns
Once your pin arrives, you have 30 days from deliveryto return it for a refund of the item price if it isn't for you. To qualify:
- The pin must be in original, unworn condition, with its premium collector's box.
- Email support@cineconcerts.comto start a return and we'll share the return address.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility — we recommend a tracked service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once we receive and inspect the pin, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective — a free replacement
Please inspect your pin as soon as it arrives. If it's defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item, email support@cineconcerts.com within 14 days of deliverywith a photo. We'll send a free replacement at no cost to you — or, if the 2026 edition has sold out, a full refund. We cover all shipping on damaged or defective items.
